Free is for testing: 3 inboxes, 3,000 emails a month, no credit card. Pro is for production agents that need more inboxes, custom domains, and room to scale. Enterprise is for teams that need dedicated sending IPs, SSO, volume discounts, and priority support with an SLA.
Pro is €9 a month and includes 10 inboxes, 10,000 emails, and 10 GB of storage. Past that you pay only for what you use: €1 per extra inbox a month, €0.001 per extra email, and €0.10 per GB a month over 10 GB.
No. We never bill by the seat. Invite as many team members to an organization as you want. You pay for usage, not headcount.
No. On Pro and Enterprise your agents keep running past an allowance. We bill any overage at the end of the cycle.
Free accounts can send up to 100 emails a day to keep the shared network healthy. Pro and Enterprise have no daily cap. We bill any monthly overage at the end of the cycle.
Yes, on Pro. A spending limit is enabled by default, with an email at 80% and 100% of it — just go to Billing in the Dashboard to change the amount (or turn it off). Auto-pause, which stops sending, inbox creation, and domain creation for the rest of the cycle once you hit your limit, stays off by default so nothing is ever blocked unless you turn it on.
Yes. Pro and Enterprise support custom domains with full DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Free accounts send and receive on openmail.sh addresses.
Yes. Emails sent on Free end with a short "Sent with OpenMail, email for agents." line. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise and it's gone from every email you send after that.
Yes. Each organization has its own inboxes, domains, billing, and API key. You can keep up to 2 free organizations, and paid organizations are unlimited.
All plans are hosted in the EU. Enterprise customers can request a custom contract and DPA.
Yes. Pro is month to month with no commitment. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We settle any usage overage on your final invoice.
Yes, on Enterprise. If you need custom invoicing, higher volumes, or a security review, talk to us and we'll tailor a plan for your team.
Yes. Pre-seed, seed and bootstrapped teams building with AI agents can apply for €500 in usage credit, valid for six months on the Pro plan. Applications are reviewed by hand. See the startup program.
