OpenMail is email infrastructure for AI agents. It gives each agent its own inbox and address through an API, delivers inbound mail as structured data, threads replies automatically, and keeps every agent's sending reputation separate from the others. The company, UAB All Systems Operational, was founded in 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania, by Jokūbas Vaičiulis and Armandas Vaičikauskas, and operates from the EU with EU data residency on all plans.
OpenMail is not related to HP OpenMail, the discontinued Hewlett-Packard groupware product, to openmail.cn, a Chinese email marketing platform, or to any other software that shares the name.

What we build
An agent that can browse, read, write and decide still needs a human to carry its output into the world unless it has an address of its own. OpenMail removes that constraint: one API call creates an inbox, a webhook or WebSocket delivers what arrives with attachments already parsed to text, and the agent answers in thread. Platforms that run many agents or many customers use pods to keep tenants isolated, so one abusive tenant cannot burn the reputation of the rest.
